Technical and fundamental analysis for forex trading

Forex Technical Analysis, Technical analysis attempts to predict future price movements and market trends using market data from the past. For this purpose we used data provided by investment instruments, trading volume and, if relevant, the number of open positions.

Forex Fundamental Analysis, The goal of fundamental analysis is to predict future price movements of any investment. These economic, political, environmental and other relevant factors and statistics are analyzed, affecting the fundamental supply and demand situation of the underlying of a financial instrument.

In determining their Forex Trading Strategy, market participants typically use a combination of technical and fundamental analysis. One advantage of technical analysis is that it allows an experienced analyst to follow many markets and investment instruments. In contrast, fundamental analysis requires extensive detailed knowledge of the relevant market.

The main differences between the two types of analysis:

Technical analysis Focus: What would happen theoretically in the markets
Fundamental analysis Focus: What actually happens in the markets

Factors that are involved in price analysis:

First Supply and demand
Second seasonal cycles
Third weather
4th policy
